Why should I work with you?

Because we've been on your side of the table. Ben built an Amazon brand from zero to seven figures and exited it. Sean sold his first company at 20, then built a sporting goods brand working with names like Gymshark. We ran brands before we ran an agency, so we read a P&L before we read a dashboard, and we know what a channel has to do to be worth your margin. That's also why we're selective. If TikTok Shop isn't right for your product, we'll tell you on the first call and save you the money. And if it is, we don't come in for one piece of it. We run it like it's our brand, because that's the only way we know how to run one.

Who is this for?

Brands with a physical product, healthy margins, and stock ready to ship. Most of our clients sell on Amazon or Shopify and want TikTok Shop as a real channel, not a science project. It works best for products that show well on camera: home, beauty, food, supplements, pets, and anything with a before and after. If you're selling a service, a digital product, or something with sub 40% margins, this probably isn't the fit.

Do I need a TikTok Shop already?

No. If you're not live, we set it up. If you're live and stalled, we fix what's stalling it, which is usually listings, pricing, or a commission rate creators won't work for. Either way you're on the same programme by the end of week one.

Will this cannibalize my Amazon or Shopify sales?

In our experience it does the reverse. Hundreds of creator videos put your product in front of millions of people, and a good share of them go and search for it on Amazon or Google. TikTok Shop becomes a new revenue line and a demand engine for the channels you already have.

What do I need to do?

Ship samples, keep stock, and give us access. We handle setup, creator recruitment, briefs, community, incentives, and reporting. You get a weekly snapshot and a Slack channel with us, and that's the extent of what lands on your desk.
